Job description

Our customer Danske Bank is one of the leading banks in Northern Europe. Currently, we are looking for an Administrator to join the team working in Danske Bank Global Services Lithuania center in Vilnius.
Main responsibilities:
•Events organization, management and catering;
•Management team support;
•Office Supplies and other representative supplies ordering and distribution;
•Information management;
•Office order maintenance;
•Work with Facility Management System.

Requirements

•Higher education;
•At least one year experience in a similar role;
•Fluency in English is a must;
•Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
•Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines;
•Excellent communication skills and positive attitude;
•Customer oriented;
•Knowledge of business etiquette.
