Analytics Team Lead

Job Description

The Analytics Team Lead will oversee the management of Business Services Analytics team in Kaunas, Lithuania. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling all team activities. The position will report to the Sr. Manager of Analytics.

• Organize resources to achieve efficiency and quality objectives.
• Manage daily workflow of staff members based on established objectives.
• Assist in designing and documenting operational processes and tools.
• Ensure quality reviews are being performing, feedback being provided to staff, and staff is learning.
• Oversee training of new and existing staff.
• Perform human resource duties as needed, including employee recruiting and retention.
• Create, run and distribute reports.
• Complete various projects as assigned by management.
• Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management.
• Ensure compliance with all company confidentiality policies including patient information, client information and team member information encountered while performing job duties.
• Understand, support, enforce and comply with company policies, procedures and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct.
• Display a positive attitude as well as professional, polite, considerate and courteous conduct and treatment of others in the course of duties.
• Occasionally available after standard work hours to resolve client needs.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience.
• Bilingual Lithuanian and English.
• Bachelors in IT, business statistics, finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer operating skills.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible to handle unexpected daily challenges.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with database and reporting tools preferred, but not required.
• SSIS, SQL experience preferred, but not required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required.
