Key Responsibilities


Be the first line support for all questions related to HR System (Workday) and the HR System (Workday) tool, supporting employees with all the day-to-day HR questions and activities, provide an excellent quality of service and ensure that HR operations run smoothly.

Be a service minded first point of contact for all operational HR questions, including compensation, benefits, insurances, time registration, sick leave

Responsible for all employee related administration of HR processes

Benefits enrolment, initiate payments, documenting and processing

Company Car/Fleet administration covering new starters, leavers and renewals

Delivery of service in line with Service Level Agreements
Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies working closely with local HR

Deliver HR support in line with local employment legislation and ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities

Support local HRBP group with ad-hoc requests

Payroll data collection, validation, submission and subsequent checking (The payroll delivery model can range from in-house, local, responsibility to an outsourced managed service operated by a local payroll vendor)

Creation of all documents required to support payroll payments both: hard copies and system generated documents (in local payroll systems)

Administration of vacation accruals reports and plans

Ensure that all newcomers, leavers, promotions and pay/job changes are documented properly according to local legislation

Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal and external customers

The creation of accounting and bank file for LSG RUS entity twice a month

Investigations and analyzes of wage-related species
Continuous updating instructions for the HR operations

Provide statistics to outside authorities as well as for internal needs

Provide first line support for all payroll and tax relates queries
Working within defined processes ensure all payments are successfully managed in a timely way (employee, third party and statutory)

To be a back up for HR1 Specialist, Lithuania

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications


Bachelor degree within Human Resources or related fields a plus
Prior experience working in a HR shared service centre

Previous experience in Benefits, Payroll, general HR or customer services preferred

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Ability to communicate and deliver excellent customer care via telephone and email is essential

Possess good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees

Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures

Process improvement skills

Service-oriented and positive attitude

High energy with the ability to organise/prioritise workload

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience from using a HRIS database and reporting application

English, Lithuanian, Russian should be fluent, if Russian will be native that would be preferable

One other European countries language would be preferable
