Job description

Role of IT Support Specialist is for you who enjoy helping other people. Your main task is to assist SEB Group employees by resolving their daily IT issues, working with their IT orders, as well as helping them, by providing the great and efficient support via Chat channel. Your main tools are phone, modern chat interface, remote desktop control tool and Knowledge management database.

Functions and responsibilities:

-take full ownership of incidents from the escalation moment to resolution
-be a part of Request fulfillment process; work with different type of Work orders, related to both IT Workplace and Telephony.
-ensure all outgoing internal/external communication to be constant, professional to the customer, stakeholders and management
-to be able to deliver feedback to colleagues in SEB IT
-build strong relationships with other IT support teams

Requirements

-very good skills in English both spoken and written
-good knowledge of MS Office (2007 – 2016) and Windows 7, Windows 10
-sophisticated customer service management skills and experience
-efficient multitasking and ability to prioritize
-engagement and motivation to help other people
-experience in Incident handling and request fulfillment (advantage)
-knowledge and understanding of working with ITIL-processes (advantage)
