Job description

We are looking for competent persons to fill in customer care agent vacancies within an inbound project.
Our Customer Care Agent’s responsibilities are to answer phone calls, chats or e-mails and provide the requested information. This is why a coherent speech, timeliness and proactive attitude are essential.
Training: All the necessary information will be provided during training sessions.

Please apply only if :

A. Your knowledge level in FRENCH language is very good (fluent) for written and spoken.
B. You are a communicative, friendly and result oriented person.
C. You are punctual, reliable and efficient.
D. You enjoy working with people.
E. You love to work in a team and you are proactive.
F. You are able to work in shifts.
G. You have standard MS-Office Applications knowledge (Word, Excel).

We offer

Previous experience as a call center / customer care agent is not required, but it can be an advantage.
We are located in Vilnius City center.
International company.
Students / part-time are welcome.
