  • You will respond end-user software or hardware queries via ticket, email, phone or video
  • Identify the issue, resolve it or provide third line support when needed
  • Ensure that recurring technical issues are addressed and that any requirements regarding training or documentation are identified, implemented, and validated
  • Update the ticketing system, ensuring that all required actions have been input promptly and accurately
  • Continuously improve knowledge across the various software and hardware technologies supported by the team
  • Be willing to act and be ready at times with work outside general working hours is required to support our customers with unforeseen errors and incidents


  • Good knowledge of the operating system such as Windows 10 and iOS
  • Good knowledge around ServiceNow or other service management systems
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite / O365
  • General competence about IT and its components (eg: Servers, Networks, Cloud, Security)
  • General competence network administration and troubleshooting TCP/IP and WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi
  • Competence in Microsoft Active Directory and computer administration
  • Experience of working in Agile teams and the ITIL framework
  • Fluency in the English language
