Medtronic is currently inviting applications for the role of Account Manager to promote and sell our Patient Monitoring and Recovery (PMR) products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Within our PMR portfolio, we have a wide portfolio of devices for Monitoring - Nellcor Spo2, BIS Anesthesia Depth Monitor, INVOS Cerebral and Somatic Oximeter, Compression, Capnography and consumables to Anestehsia
This is a great opportunity for a doctor or nurse with experience in the ICU, AN, ER or OR to join a market leading medical devices company at the forefront of innovation. Previous experience in sales would be preferential, but we would be open to consider a motivated, team-player who wants to learn. Excellent training will be provided.

Requirements

Principle Accountability of the Account Manager
  • Present, in-service and sell PMR products and services to current and potential clients
  • Support and advise the physician on the correct use the products.
  • Optimize tender management in region
  • Lead with value based selling activities within the territory. Coordinate with other Medtronic teams and IHS where needed.
  • Interact with purchasing managers / hospital administrators to set up and negotiate broader sales contracts.

Minimum requirements for the Account Manager
  • A clinical professional
  • Ability to move in a Clinical Environment and be familiar with its specific requirements (e.g. AN, OR, ICU).
  • Fluency in English
  • A strong team-player
  • Demonstrate a strong motivation and willingness to succeed
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred requirements for the Account Manager
  • Previous experience in a sales role would be highly beneficial
