  • To manage a portfolio of clients across EEA;
  • Build excellent relationships with key contacts within the business, ensuring frequent and consistent contact is maintained, via phone, email and face to face interaction;
  • Develop and maintain a structured approach to managing client accounts, including: regular operational and business meetings, performance reporting, client scorecards;
  • Resolve and respond efficiently and accurately to a range of inputs from clients, including: billing and finance queries, contract queries;
  • Communicate operational activities to clients including: planned and unplanned outages, incident and problem management reporting;
  • Manage client expectations effectively and represent interests firmly but fairly at all times;
  • Maintaining excellent internal relationships and understanding of the company organisation so as to efficiently represent the client needs to team members internally;
  • Maintain client account plans which accurately reflects the key aspects of the client, including: strategy, current issues / hot topics, marketing initiative, new ventures, business development opportunities;
  • Build an excellent knowledge of company systems and solutions in order to better advise and guide clients;
  • Engage the correct company resources in a timely manner where needed, to engage with the client as required;
  • Ensure all applicable client work is correctly and promptly billed for;
  • Manage and track issues raised by clients and provide ongoing updates and reporting;
  • Successfully act as the conduit for clients to contact, reducing the overhead on other areas and allowing them to work more efficiently;
  • Communicate client specific information to all areas within company to ensure greater client awareness;
  • Identify and resolve client issues;
  • Ensure clients can serve as a reference for company;
  • Prepare status reports for internal management meetings;
  • Travel as required;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Reikalavimai

  • Previous B2B client management experience;
  • Excellent presentation skills, spoken and written communication both English, Lithuanian, Russian as an advantage;
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work to budgets;
  • Detail oriented and analytical;
  • Good listening and questioning abilities;
  • Ability to work in a team oriented and collaborative environment;
  • Persuasive, encouraging and motivating;
  • Strong personal organisation and time management skills;
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate, accessible and organised documentation;
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally;
  • Highly motivated and driving for results;
  • Professional, credible, punctual, respectful of colleagues.
