Job Description
Assist chief accountant in managing and delivering accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting of Xirgo Global, in compliance with applicable requirements (e.g. local tax regulations, local GAAP, US GAAP and Sensata Technologies). Active participation in the financial integration of Xirgo Global into Sensata Technologies. Upon request, but also from own initiative, generating financial analyses and reports.

General Responsibilities
- Assist chief accountant in maintaining general ledger (accounts) by posting transactions, reconciling balances, preparing account specifications and solving discrepancies and mismatches.
- Participating in monthly close and reporting.
- Ensure statutory and legal compliance.
- Preparation and filing of VAT, Intrastat and other return(s), statistic reports.
- Internal orders documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Salary check and booking to Rivilė ERP, coordination with payroll team.
- Closely cooperate with other finance and business departments.
- Improve (administrative) processes and reporting.
Main requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in economics and finance.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with the Rivile accounting system, knowledge of and experience with Oracle General Ledger and Hyperion are a pre.
- Database management and reporting skills.
- Extensive knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel.
- Flexible “can do” mentality.
- Problem solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written and in English.
