Job description
- Perform day-to-day tasks related to Accounts Payable
- Prepare provider statements, investigate discrepancies
- Process provider payments, ensure their timely submission
- Audit provider invoices, verify their accuracy and completeness
- Ensure that all assigned job tasks are done efficiently and with high quality
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
- Responsible for bank duties - assigning payments, investigate irregularities
- Oversee and handle other accounting tasks
Requirements
- 2+ experience in accounting, finances, support or related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to details
