ACTIVE SALES MANAGER

Klaipėda - UAB "PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI"

Major responsibilities:

identifying and searching for new B2B customers (cold and warm calls as well as organizing first customer meetings and provide timely reporting);
negotiating and other sales related activities;
ensuring smooth sales process and maintaining long-lasting relationships with the existing customers.

Position requirements:

at least 2 years of successful experience in B2B selling technical equipment/parts or similar;
good command of English and Russian languages (both written and spoken);
strong communication skills and ability to interact with new people;
goal oriented personality;
proactive attitude – taking the initiative, ambitious and continuously striving for high performance.
