Job description

Our structure will rapidly transform to enable the agile way of working, and the teams of tomorrow will be organized together in “tribes.”

You will work side-by-side with the other Agile Coaches of the tribe to better our Squads’ agile practices, empower our colleagues, and help invigorate Danske Bank to be a front runner in providing financial services. Together with the Agile Coaches within the tribe, you will work closely to improve the delivery efficiency and quality while unleashing the Tribe, Squads, and employees’ potential.

  • As an Agile Coach, you will enable Squads to translate strategic objectives into tangible impact and support them in the shift towards an agile way of working
  • You will guide Squads in this new model and ways of working, coach them, and strengthen the agile practices within the Tribe
  • You will drive the understanding of the Agile mindset and facilitate the agile events, like Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, etc., to increase effectiveness and customer focus
  • You will also drive tribe wide initiatives that will benefit the entire Tribe
  • You will shift between being a coach, facilitator, trainer, and thinker
  • You will help, support, and challenge the people in the Tribe – once you know the business, you will also be supporting the PO’s in the long run with e.g., prioritization
  • You´ll be based in Lithuania and work closely with stakeholders from across the development organization in Denmark, Lithuania, and India


  • We value experience and knowledge in different lean agile methodologies and practices
  • You have hands-on experience working with agile events, possibly as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, RTE, or agile coach
  • It will benefit if you have experience as a Management Consultant, driving change behavior and change in the operating model
  • It is a benefit to have worked with the customer experience and know-how to work with, e.g., design thinking, impact mapping, and user story mapping
  • Should you have experience in realizing benefits focusing on new behavior and new competencies, it will also be positive
  • As a person, you are people minded, and you are known for inspiring and motivating others to excel in their work
  • You thrive with user and stakeholder collaboration to ensure alignment across the organization, and getting in front of a crowd does not frighten you
  • You are structured and analytical by nature and have a can-do attitude

  • The position requires excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
