Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team of Store Managers towards effective collaboration and reaching business goals by supporting them in daily activities and problem-solving
- Recruiting store employees and supporting Store Managers in development of their teams
- Implementing the Sales Department's strategy in stores to achieve business goals and ensure long-term success
- Tracking sales budget performance and the implementation of standards and procedures
- Controlling store preparation for stock-take and ensuring procedures to minimize stock loss
- Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency as well as operating and personnel costs in stores
If you have:
- Experience in leadership and solid communication skills
- Work experience in retail business would be advantage
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages
- B category driver's license and ability to travel across Lithuania and abroad when needed
