  • Contact and visit current customers;
  • Develop new markets and new customer relations;
  • Negotiate and sell our products in a profitable way and provide service to professional customers (mainly B2B);
  • Build and strengthen our market position through structured support to our customers;
  • Create confidence in Pelly and its products among customers;
  • Help develop products and services by paying attention to market needs and pass it on in the organization.


  • Sales experience;
  • A mind to build and create relationships as well as business;
  • Driven, focused and independent personality;
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian;
  • Need to have the ability to travel.

Education and experience
Successful candidate has an economic or technical education or equivalent and good computer skills. Sales experience is required from international business. The work requires a good ability to communicate with customers. Fluent in English is a must. Knowledge in Russian language is positive. Furniture sales manager experience is positive.

Personal characteristics
The position requires that you are driven, used to work towards selling targets, independent and have a mind to build and create relationships as well as businesses.
