Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
You’ll be based in Western Union’s Regional Operations Center (ROC) located in Vilnius. You’ll be responsible for completing day-to-day collection processes, make outbound calls to customers, negotiating and collecting unpaid debts. You’ll process payments and ensure proper posting for our Accounting team. Additionally, you’ll prepare comprehensive case reviews into any disputes, review accounts for placements to 3rd party collection agencies, and submit and track requests for proof of payments from retail agent locations.
Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, standard business hours 9am – 6pm.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience in a similar role with online payments, banking, and debt collection
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- The ability to take on responsibility and work successfully in a self-motivated environment
- A passion for negotiation and decision-making
- An enthusiasm for working within a team

Annual base salary gross: 12,320.00 – 21,121.00 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
