Visiting business customers in Lithuanian market
Networking with potential clients and developing long-term relationships
Providing help and support to the clients to meet the needs and ensure excellent customer experience
Leading negotiations with the clients to help with current and potential challenges
Maintaining a consistent feedback from the market regarding versatility, quality and reputation of Venipak services
Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Successful experience in b2b sales (3+ years)
Strong negotiation skills, B2B sales skills
Persistence and strong result orientated attitude
Ability to communicate efficiently with partners, customers and other departments in the company
Knowledge of parcel shipping market and its specific nature would be an advantage
Responsibility, interpersonal skills, integrity, strategical and structural thinking and ability to react rapidly to changes
Perfect English language skills
