Would you like to start your career in an international banking environment, provide support for large companies by connecting them to the financial services offered by SEB and help SEB clients succeed through good and challenging times? Join us as a Bank Operations Specialist in Audit Statements unit for a 3-4 month project starting in November.

About us

Our teams run daily banking operations for corporate clients of SEB. In addition to general tasks, we work on simplifying the existing processes by creating robotics and scripting solutions. Openness, team-work and feedback are key elements of our Scandinavian working culture.

The role

As a Bank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of world-class service to agreed quality, time and in line with SEB values.

Here is what you will do:
  • provide requested aggregated information to external auditors;
  • analyse information and enter data into banking systems;
  • collaborate with colleagues across SEB group in different countries to solve daily issues and deviations;
  • contribute to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

The requirements

Your personality is highly valued. You are positive, proactive, attentive to details, self-leading and willing to learn. As you will work in a team, we expect you to be a good team player and share a “yes, we can!” attitude.

To succeed in this role, you also need:
  • good English language skills, both written and spoken;
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment with numerous IT systems, and still keep customer focus at all times;
  • willingness to build knowledge of your area of work and problem-solving methods.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1300 EUR - 1800 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.

Please note that the overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
