Mes siūlome darbą savaitgaliais, tačiau kartais ir kitomis dienomis, - dažniausiai vakarais.

WE are looking for bartender - cashier-confectioner FULL TIME ( 9.00 -20:00 shifts short/long) and WEEKEND PART TIME barista -cashier-confectioner VI /VII - 10:00 - 20:00)

BARTENDER/ CASHIER
A bartender/ cashier ensures that each guest experiences the most enjoyable café experience by offering the best possible service.

You will:

• Be responsible for daily operations in the café – serving clients, preparing quality coffee and tea, making sure all operations are smooth and efficient.
  
• Help adapt tone and voice of the Pavlova brand.
  
• Cross-trained to fill in for the pavlova confectioner, when needed, to ensure customer service standards and efficient operations.
  
• Maintains a positive work attitude.
  
• Receive top remuneration with up to EUR 1350 after trial period ( full time)
  

Hourly rate is from 5,5 eur to 7,5 eur /h and higher depending on the skill test results.
Part time bartenders receive from 5,2 - 6,5 eur/h after taxes depending on the skills.

• Skills with drinks and/or food production and knowledge to operate a cash register are considered as an advantage.
  
• Bakers/confectioners skills are seen as advantage.
  
• Excellent Lithuanian, proper English and good Russian language knowledge. (if a foreigner) for the Pavlova barista/confectioner basic Lithuanian is enough (if a foreigner)

Salary will be discussed during the interview. It is depends on your experience. If you are eager to receive top of the salary you will want to be cross-trained to fill in for the bartender/cashier/baker positions.
