Job description

As a customer support specialist you will be responsible for handling direct communication with customers of blockchain related web projects using chat, email and other communication channels also performing any required system updates, document checks and related tasks.

As a person who will be our direct contact with their customers, you will have a unique possibility to learn the in’s and out’s of the blockchain era first hand and grow as a specialist of this industry.

Requirements

Good knowledge of blockchain technology (mandatory)
Knowledge of ICO's and cryptocurrencies (mandatory)
Good written English skills (C2)
Ability to analyze and understand complex information
Good work organization skills (multitasking)
Flexibility
Ability to work in shifts (24/7 service)

Second foreign language is an advantage
