We are glad to invite a Operations Project Coordinator to join our friendly Vilnius team. The Operations Project Coordinator reports to the Chief Operating Officer, assists the COO in holding meetings, events, preparing reports, and provides administrative support for projects initiated by the COO and Board of Management.
We are looking for a smart, trustworthy, and open-minded person who knows how to deal with words, numbers, and people.

The Operations Project Coordinator reports to the Chief Operating Officer, assists the COO in holding meetings, events, preparing reports, and provides administrative support for projects initiated by the COO and Board of Management.

More about tasks:
Coordinates projects initiated by COO or Board of Management such as launching an office, implementing new processes in the company, arranging business events
Assisting in holding meetings and events initiated by COO or Board of Management
Providing complex analytical support to COO and Board of Management
Participation in records management in Russian and English
Searching and verifying relevant data from different sources
Analyzing data, preparing specific reports, presentations and recommendations for COO and Board of Management
Assisting COO or Board of Management with project management tasks
Assisting in holding meetings and events initiated by COO or Board of Management
Providing complex analytical support to COO and Board of Management
Participation in records management in Russian and English
Searching and verifying relevant data from different sources
Analyzing data, preparing specific reports, presentations and recommendations for COO and Board of Management
Assisting COO or Board of Management with project management tasks
What we expect:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Business Administration/ Linguistics/ International Affairs
At least 2-3 years of working experience in Project Management/ People Management/ Finance
Working experience at an international company with well-structured management will be an advantage
Russian (fluent), English (C1/Advanced)
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
