What you’ll be doing…
We are looking for a new team member to join our Accounting Department.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations;
- Importing sales invoices and purchases, bank reconciliation;
- Reconcile supplier statements and obtain any invoices as needed;
- Collecting and entering data for various financial spreadsheets;
- Assisting the financial controller in creating financial reports on a regular basis;
- Performing routine calculations to produce analyses and reports;
- Undertake all other work as requested related to responsibility area;
- All queries are dealt efficiently and effectively on a timely and accurate basis.
We’re looking for someone with…
- Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred;
- Membership in ACCA would be considered as an advantage;
- 2 plus years of working experience with Zoho/QuickBooks/Xero;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Fluency in English;
- Quick and accurate data entry skills with high attention to details.
