As a Business Analyst in SEB, you will be a key driver of the data & analytics strategy in HR, Talent Management, by leading global report developments, support the team, and deep dive our data to improve its quality. In general, you will also contribute to holistic data projects and share your expertise to shape SEB's data landscape by taking an active role in the Center of Excellence for the HR data strategy. About the role:
As a Business Analyst in SEB, you will be a key driver of the data & analytics strategy in HR, Talent Management, by leading global report developments, support the team, and deep dive our data to improve its quality. In general, you will also contribute to holistic data projects and share your expertise to shape SEB's data landscape by taking an active role in the Center of Excellence for the HR data strategy. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Drive data and analytics initiatives in collaboration with specialists.
- Lead and coordinate report development within the Talent Management department
- Independently create reports and perform in-depth data analysis.
- Propose process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Manage access structures and reporting tool setup.
- Participate in data-related projects and provide training to the team.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in report development and data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, , etc.)
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to drive change.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Experience with stakeholder management and networking.
- Some knowledge of data lakes and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience working as part of an Agile team and understanding of Agile practices and tools.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2400 - 3600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
