Job description
- Be able to listen, identify, and capture features to be delivered;
- Documentation of business needs, feature requirements, and user stories;
- Help evaluate, design, document and maintain system processes;
- Capturing of acceptance criteria, specification of test cases and conditions;
- Define measurement plans for the digital product that we design and build;
- Work closely with the QA and Dev teams;
- Gather requirements through workshops and user interviews;
- Have ownership of ensuring requirements have been delivered to specifications, defects have been managed through to resolution, and assess readiness for launch;
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve our software products, discover issues and deliver better value to the customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 year experience of IT business analysis in Agile environment;
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle;
- You are able to prioritize tasks and requirements;
- Advanced technical writing and verbal communication skills in English;
- You are able to convey technical concepts to non-technical people as well as turn business, UX, design requirements into technical specifications;
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools;
- Experience and knowledge in preparing functional/non-functional requirements, use case models and process flow diagrams;
- Experience in group and/or management presentations;
