We are looking for experienced Business Analyst, who would join our new ServiceNow development team and work in area of ICT and IT Services. I am Juozas Giedra and I am heading the Case Management team in Telia IT. We at Telia are a global company, thus we are now building a global Telia IT. As part of new ways to work we are enabling a close cooperation of Business Units and Telia IT.

This position is in Telia Global Services Lithuania.

Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, procurement, HR and finance operations.

Your next challenge?

A strong Business Analyst that will work in ServiceNow field and manage requirement gathering in an agile environment. Work with virtual, cross-border DevOps team according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). In order to find best solutions around ServiceNow and our innovative and industry-leading product, you will keep close contact with business stakeholders, other development teams and Product Owner. Your daily work will consist of gathering feature requests, coordinating releases and sprints with development team Product Owner. You will also work closely with other Product Owners handling the Customer Integrations, Service Onboarding and the Architectural Runway. As a Business Analyst, you are confident working in international environment, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational, expectation handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and document requirements for system/feature specifications and/or process improvements
  • Engage with Product Owners, business users and stakeholders to establish needs, document requirements, analyze and propose solutions
  • Manage stakeholder relationship
  • Align requirements, scope, releases with development team and Product Owner.
  • Leveraging both internal and external resources and ensuring stakeholder engagement
  • Support DevOps team in creating test scenarios for unit, functional and user testing
  • Contribute to the strategic development of process, business and domain data models
  • Identification of acceptance criterias and MVP
  • Work closely with Product Owner and incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
  • Refine our agile methodology based on results and stakeholder feedback
  • Keep track of industry trends

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Work experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in ServiceNow field
  • Experienced working with best-practices and procedures from ITIL, SAFe, Agile, DevOps, Kanban, Scrum
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development, integration methods and cloud technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of requirement captures and management methodologies
  • Demonstration of using analytical skills to resolve business problems
  • Business analysis skills
  • Ability to translate requirements in languages spoken by business and developers
  • Team spirit and Agile mindset
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient in communications with stakeholders at all levels
  • Working business and/or technical knowledge of the following platforms/technologies is an advantage:
  • ServiceNow
  • Customer Portals
  • Integration platforms
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 and/or ITIL 4, SAFe
  • Academic degree

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting at 2 480 – 3 721 Eur/month (gross). Plus, annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
