Business Development and Administrative Assistant

Vilnius - UAB "DATA MINER"

Responsibilities

  • Generate and process invoices
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers
  • Create and maintain relationships with potential speakers
  • Research, identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Monitor industry events and marketing opportunities
  • Offer other support to the project managers

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail required to deliver consistently high standards of work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Proactive and positive attitude
