Overall goal for this position is to boost company capabilities to gather big, long term projects, clients, partnerships and increase revenue. Our technical side and project delivery works fine. We need you to bring entire team to the next level and we are ready for it.
We can split the goal to several directions:
Selling web/mobile apps, software development services for clients in Lithuania, Nordics, Europe
Building new partnerships and extending connections network to get strong leads
Finding new ways to get big and long term projects
See opportunities where others see nothing
We see the whole process like this:
You find a lead
You gather information what lead needs, what is the problem and so on
We analyze collected data, find solutions for lead's problem
You prepare commercial offer based on our given technical document
If lead confirms commercial offer, project manager is taking over a client
You collect a bonus from each invoice sent to client
REQUIREMENTS:
Have at least 2 years of experience working within information technology industry selling projects/products/services
Fluent oral, self confident person
Fast learner
Motivated to grow with the company
WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU:
Know English or Russian
WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS IF YOU
Know any Nordic language and can operate within that region
