BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Business development manager who is willing to accept the challenge to expand sales in Lithuania, search for new B2B channels and help grow the local team.

Job responsibilities:

Search of new connections with potential customers in Lithuania;
Organize presentations;
Develop new sales channels;
Contract negotiation with customers;
Build successful B2C and B2B sales teams;
Monitor sales results and prepare reports.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 year experience in B2B sales (knowledge of B2C sales would be an advantage);
Proven success in achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships;
High level of communication skills;
Team management experience;
Hands-on mindset;
Fluent English (written and spoken).
