We are looking for result-driven business development professional having track record with selling Contact Center services to medium-large organizations. Business Development Manager role will be responsible for searching new clients for inbound & outbound projects, researching and pursuing new business leads as well as developing relationships with existing customers and contributing in our long-term business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience and knowledge of Contact Center processes and methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively, clearly and convincingly communicate at all levels with customers – both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
Strong ability to influence and negotiate
Natural ability to drive B2B sales
Efficiency in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
Native Lithuanian language
Fluent in English (Russian is a bonus)
Key responsibilities
Research market and identify prospective clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in Lithuanian, European, North America markets through cold calls, emails and meetings.
Analyze client needs and identify opportunities them to excel in Customer Experience services
