We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales manager to join our MANVESTA Sales Team.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales manager to join our MANVESTA Sales Team.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Actively search for new prospective business customers, initiating and coordinating sales processes;
- Build long-term relationships with the company's customers and offer logistics solutions that best meet their needs;
- Attend business meetings and travel to establish business contacts;
- Cooperate with colleagues in solving various situations that arise during cargo transportation;
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for future business development.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Success: Track record of driving and closing complex sales deals, with a keen understanding of the sales process (with experience in logistics or transportation preferred).
- Experience with the European market;
- Quick orientation and ability to manage a large amount of information;
- Strategic Vision: Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans for sustained business growth.
- Good planning and time management skills;
- Languages Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages (German, French or Italian) would be a big advantage.
Salary
2800-3800 €/mon. gross
