Create process development long-term vision and strategy of Truck routing and Scheduling (Fleet Planning) business area.
Discover what business need by conducting research and unveiling critical insights. Implement critical changes across organization to increase throughput and ROI.
Manage all existing process, their changes, maturity and automation level in Fleet Planning business area.
Work as a project manager in order to execute changes. Align the team around a cohesive task roadmap.
Design, implement & govern process KPI’s and ensure alignment across organization.
Develop and manage process monitoring and quality management system.
Champion the team, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment around overall strategy and direction of the process development in Fleet Planning area.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Requires a BS in a related field.
4+ years of Project and Business process management.
Strong understanding of Fleet Planning industry best practices in processes and technologies.
Ability to deliver & prioritize under strict timelines.
Advanced project management or BPM lifecycle skills.
Advanced analytical thinking, turn data into information/solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
BPMN 2.0.
Process mining.
BPM maturity model.
Knowledge of IT system capabilities.
Project management and BPM certification will be a value add.
Experience in other process modeling, continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Salary
