Cabin Crew Division Assistant

Job description

  • Provide support to the Cabin Crew division team and carry out any other relevant duties or projects which may be required.
  • Monitor the daily operations and handle all administration work as necessary.
  • Provide day to day statistic regarding the operation of cabin crew members for management in formatting policy or/and presentation.
  • Utilize the SCCM reports database to manage and retain information for safety performance and key performance indications trends and analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Briefing room.
  • Create different reports, analyze and interpret data.
  • Research emerging products, suppliers. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Organize meetings all necessary arrangements.
  • Preparing communication on behalf of a manager.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.
  • Manage vacation requests.
  • Feedback collection.
  • Launch surveys and data analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain employee personal records for annual employee performance reviews.
  • Deputy of uniform specialist during annual vacation.


  • Higher Education;
  • Written and spoken English knowledge C1;
  • Strong administrative and Excel experience;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
