Job description

If you would like to be a part of a great transformation of the Nordic Housing Area, now is your chance to join our amazing tribe. We are one out of five tribes within Financing Development. Our mission is to simplify, align and digitalize the end-to-end customer journey across the Swedish, Norwegian and Finish markets – and create a state-of-the-art customer experience.

We want our customers to feel confident about making decisions, want to give them fast answers and the opportunity to self-service as much as possible. We also want to enable our advisors to spend as much of their valuable time actually giving advice instead of spending their time on cumbersome, manual case handling. This will be achieved by developing core capabilities easy to consume through APIs, a Nordic Banking Platform supporting one common, value creating end-to-end process, as well as both customer and advisor interfaces – all fitting into a clearly defined layered target architecture.

As a Chapter Lead you will have a split responsibility.

  • You will be the HR manager for other skilled software engineers (.Net), you being accountable for them growing both on a professional as well as on a personal level.
  • You work closely together with the IT Tribe Lead, Solution Architects and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals with a strong team spirit.
  • You are responsible for your chapter and support chapter members in any need they have related to HR or their area of competence.
  • At the same time, you will be an active member of a squad with a dedicated area of responsibility and delivery focus – doing coding, solution design etc.


As Chapter Lead you are a supportive and listening leader, with a strong technology base.

  • You are a catalyst leader and embody that in how you approach the work.
  • You have a strong technical profile and an ability to develop and motivate others, at the same time as being able to define the HOW, you having a good understanding of IT architecture and hands on experience with solution design.
  • You have a natural interesting in seeing, challenging and fixing areas which could be improved, both in and outside the tribe.
  • Either you have been a leader for some years, with an engineering background, ready to do IT development once again. Or you come from a senior or chief developer positions, with the interest and motivation to try out leadership.
  • If you did work in agile setups previously, this being an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • You are experienced in back-end .NET development covering all phases from design and build to deploy and run.

Professional experience in the following is key:

  • C# with .NET Core
  • Microservices, RESTful architecture and API design
  • VCS (GIT)
  • Testing automation
  • Working proficiency (written and spoken) in English
  • Your greatest assets are your passion, a “yes we can” attitude, creative problem solving skills and your ability to self-organize and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and do things differently – you also dare to fail and learn from it.
  • Besides, your abilities to put the customers first, collaborate with many different types of people, challenge ideas, and self-develop are essential.
