Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, etc.;
Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries;
Ensure that company financial functions are accomplished in accordance with the important national government and international standards, tax and other regulations;
Ensure the records of key measures, material goods, services and realization costs, the economic-financial activities, settlements with suppliers and customers are done correctly and in the timely manner;
Complete all accounting and reporting documentation, draw up the balance of the required documents and financial statistics;
Create and keep up to date an Accounting Policy;
Ensure timely and orderly closing of monthly/quarterly and yearly accounts;
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and polices for the set up;
Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives;
Support CFO in ensuring that cost allocations are in line with management agreements and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business administration;
Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial and management accounting;
Knowledge of laws, regulations, taxes and other mandatory documentation requirements for bookkeeping and accounting;
Good command of English language;
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
Experience in aviation sector would be considered as advantage.
