Job description

Are you an innovative and tech-savvy leader who is relentless in seeking new ways to bring additional value and a competitive edge to the company? Come join us in a new challenge as a CRO at Oxylabs! In this role you will be responsible for the strategy and performance of revenue operations across our company. In this position you will oversee the operations of the Sales, Marketing departments, and ensure that the interaction between those departments is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy. You will report directly to our CEO.

What You Will Do:
  • Take ownership of the company’s revenue targets, both through generating new revenue and retaining/growing existing customer relationships.
  • Serve as strategic thought partner to the CEO and CMO in all critical decision making using a data-driven approach.
  • Play a key role in promoting commercial innovation, new thinking and methods for the business as a whole.
  • Work with sales operations and marketing to develop reports that identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving sales.
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure Sales, Marketing and the rest of the company are closely aligned.
  • Standardize and build measurable and repeatable business and management processes.
  • Develop and nurture executive relationships with new potential customer and partners; help expand and deepen relationship with existing customers and partners

Requirements

What We Expect:
  • 5+ years of working in a leading sales role selling an innovative product - most likely in a fast paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Consistent track record in accelerating business growth and profit expansion by developing strategies and managing them to completion.
  • Highly analytical decision maker with extensive experience driving integration between revenue generating functions, sales, marketing, business development and revenue management.
  • Strong data skills and deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics needed to accurately forecast, plan and develop revenue projections.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessly looking for new routes to market, encouraging fast paced learning, ability to see the entire picture and willingness to listen to other opinions.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English.
