Bzzz, CityBee, after more than 12 years, have emerged as one the key players in the car-sharing landscape across the CEE region. Our operations span three countries: Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Guru who wants to become a part of CityBee team.

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Guru who wants to become a part of CityBee team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible to:
- Ensure exceptional customer support via email, online chat, phone or other channels
- Go extra mile for the customer collaborating with support team
- Proactively watch out for the best interest of our customers
- Escalate issues to your team leader or other departments as required
- Provide training and assistance to other new team members when needed
To be perfect fit we expect you to:
- Have a customer-oriented mindset – any experience working with customers would be an advantage
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to communicate clearly on the phone
- Be well organized and attentive to details
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, (Russian language is an advantage)
- Have a positive “can-do” attitude
- Be able to work flexible hours (we can adjust to your schedule if you’re a student!)
