We're in search of a PPC Manager to take the lead in developing PPC strategies that align with broader marketing goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Take a lead role in building and creating the PPC area;
- Formulate and execute comprehensive PPC strategies in alignment with overarching marketing objectives;
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making precise adjustments to bids, ad creatives, and targeting parameters to optimize results;
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to meticulously track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Generate reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting insights to the marketing team;
- Efficiently manage PPC budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI);
- Collaborate seamlessly with graphic designers and content creators to craft compelling ad creatives;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform dynamics, adapting strategies accordingly.
To be perfect fit we expect you to have:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience as a PPC Manager;
- Demonstrated profound understanding and hands-on experience in overseeing Paid Social channels, along with proficiency in Google Analytics;
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, coupled with an acute understanding of the ramifications of optimization actions;
- Proficiency in utilizing diverse analytics tools and platforms;
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO;
- Comfort with thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian – both written and spoken.
