We are currently searching for a talented Claims Representative to help us provide exceptional service to our valued PLAY customers. As the person responsible for handling flight- and baggage-related claims, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our valued passengers.
This is a full-time job with working Monday to Friday.

We are currently searching for a talented Claims Representative to help us provide exceptional service to our valued PLAY customers. As the person responsible for handling flight- and baggage-related claims, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our valued passengers.
This is a full-time job with working Monday to Friday.
As Claims Representative you would:
- Analyze and investigate all claims received
- Provide timely, consistent, and empathetic responses to customers' inquiries
- Respond to inquiries, update customers on the status of their concerns, and provide consultation as appropriate
- Arrange and process claims, payments, and invoices promptly
- Perform other duties or tasks assigned from time to time by the project manager claims
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good basic computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Great attitude, a team player, a loyal and a proactive and forward-thinking mindset
