Main responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing cleaning service and sales activities ensuring that the service provided is in line with international standards and our customers requirements;
- Revision of service agreements, providing suggestions for improvement;
- Planning and executing budget of the department;
- Monitor and follow up the management of resources (people, materials) to ensure budgetary control and profitability (P&L responsible);
- Service and sales analysis and preparing reports;
- Preparing calculation for tenders;
- Leading, motivating a team of service managers, organizing work;
- Maintaining good relations with customers;
- Ensuring a healthy, safe and secure working environment is in line with current legislation and company HSE policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years work experience in cleaning service industry;
- Knowledge of cleaning services and customer service;
- Leadership skills;
- Very good analytical and organization skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint);
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team;
- Fluent English, Lithuanian, ability to communicate in Russian;
- Driving license.
