What you’ll be doing:
- Consult clients through live chat, email, social networks, and phone (fluency in English is a must) in a professional and timely manner. Analyze and communicate Client Support related operational issues to appropriate team members.
- Client database administration.
- Identify areas for improvement in ensuring the best client experience and a high level of client satisfaction.
Who we are looking for:
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (a good level of German and/or Spanish languages would be considered an advantage).
- Communicative and helpful.
- Previous experience in customer service/client support will be considered an advantage.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
