Key responsibilities will be:
- Increase awareness of the Company's products, services, organization through active external and internal communication and contribute to creating a good image of the company brand
- Write, edit and proof-read press releases, newsletters, web articles, blogs, marketing material copy, and ensure they are created timely and in high quality
- Develop and grow presence and reach across social platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other channels
- Oversee the management of the master content calendar for all social media and digital prperties
- Craft social promotions and digital campaigns including written, photo, and video content
- Manage internal and external content production with key team members and departments
- Participate in communication strategy and action plan development and implementation throughout the Group
- Support other companies in the group on content development and communication tasks, ensuring that messaging aligns with key business strategies and is consistent across the countries
- Content creation for the company website and ongoing maintenance of the content on the web
- Press release and media article development - including communication with international magazines
Requirements:
- At least 4 experience in B2B Marketing & Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of Company content
- Strong proficiency in English is a must
- BA/MBA in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, English majors or related field from an accredited university
- Knowledge of CMS and e-mail marketing tools
- Ability to balance the creative and analytical sides of marketing, and ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Team player with the ability to work in group settings to drive results
- Ability to implement business opportunities
- Analytical and market research skills
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
- Sense of ownership, communication skills, responsibility and strong internal motivation
