Job description

The tasks included are:

Handling reception and telephone service;
Management of meeting rooms and a business lounge;
Secretarial work, as well as assisting roles in the back office.

Areas of responsibility:

Act as a face and a primary contact for Regus and many of our client companies;
Provide a unique customer experience;
Provide customers with the opportunity to concentrate on their work by assisting in public affairs (mail distribution, telephone call handling, the preparation of offices, IT, meeting arrangements and secretarial work);
Keep maintenance standards for the business lounge, meeting rooms and offices.

We look forward to the applicant with:

No previous experience in customer service;
Flexibility and stress tolerance in changing situations;
Fluent English;
Ability to prioritize and handle many things at the same time in a demanding environment;
Office-level knowledge of MS Office and the ability to embrace new systems;
Team-working skills.
