As the Compliace Officer, you will play an important role in meeting the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our EMI.

What will you do?
- Your main focus will be providing in-house compliance service which supports Paymont in its duty to comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures in a variety of legal areas such as anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism, data protection, etc.
- You will support managing compliance risk by legislation monitoring, conducting compliance reviews, drafting new procedures and recommending changes to existing procedures, products and services of the EMI.
- Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors and HR when needed
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
What we expect:
- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, for Electronic Money Institutions or payment services, not only in the area of anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing
- Working experience in compliance or legal field in the financial sector
- Team player with excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Fluent English (we are international company)
