Monitor regulatory change developments and potential impact of regulatory change in Lithuania, including performing gap analysis and providing compliance advisory to stakeholders;
Perform and conduct risk assessments;
Oversight and support over transaction and surveillance framework;
Liaise or engage with relevant stakeholders as well as other businesses to provide expertise and support on all comcompliance-relatedtters;
Maintain and observe timely implementation of recommendations made by internal or external auditors and external regulators;
Maintain awareness of operational risk and the minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting;
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the regulatory requirements and ensuring any updates and ensuring any developments and changes are incorporated into procedures and practices as appropriate;
Ensure maintenance of accurate records and details to prepare effective management and board reports;
Conduct investigations into potential non-compliance incidents;
Ensure relevant submissions to the authority and accurate.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Banking, or Finance from recognized institutions
4+ years of prior experience in compliance, auditing or risk management
Experience in Foreign Exchange (FOREX) or payment solution set up is an added advantage
Excellent communication and people skills to liaise with various levels of stakeholders
