Challenging role
BetGames continues its expansion and thus looking for a result-oriented Compliance Officer to replenish its Compliance team in Vilnius. You will be a part of the team which ensures our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. This position will assist the Compliance Manager with daily compliance tasks within the organization, including licensing, contracting, due diligence, and other related functions while expanding into new markets and introducing new products to the gaming industry.
Your focus
Create, draft, and amend the company’s commercial agreements, addendums, and other documents
Assist in conducting internal/external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Test and certify products according to relevant jurisdiction standards and regulations
Draft and review company policies
Support in licensing projects across all stages (preparation/submission/maintenance)
Follow and stay up to date with industry regulations and regulation updates, implementing them in the company’s procedures
Liaise with relevant teams and internal operations on Compliance matters when needed
Escalate any compliance/non-compliance issues to the Compliance Manager and any other stakeholder
Assist with other projects or responsibilities as may be required from time to time
We expect you have
Degree in Law or experience and knowledge of legal matters is strongly desirable
At least 2 years of experience in compliance area
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
Ability to read and comprehend/interpret gaming regulations and create jurisdiction summaries
Experience in the gaming sector would be an advantage
Critical and analytical thinking
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
Good Russian language skills would be an advantage
