  • Provide consumer support via post and email on a wide range of credit-related topics
  • Handling correspondence from the public, or from affiliates of Callcredit Information Group on behalf of consumers, regarding their credit status and dispatching relevant data and accompanying advice
  • Processing data requests, disputes and queries via internal systems using standard processes and pre-defined methods
  • Providing support to the Company’s on-line credit report access service
