CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are looking for a colleague, who would join our team as a Control Room Operator (CRO) ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility and controlled assets. Your role will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various systems, equipment, and processes critical to our operations. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Continuously monitor and control various systems, equipment, and processes through the use of control panels and computer systems
• Perform and contribute to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting routines regarding wind turbine farm asset technical and commercial efficiency
• Promptly respond to alarms, alerts, and notifications from monitoring systems. Investigate and take appropriate action to resolve issues
• Implement emergency procedures and protocols when necessary, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, supervisors, and external agencies as required
• Maintain accurate records of equipment status, operational logs, and incidents. Prepare reports as needed
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on control room equipment. Report equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance department
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards at all times
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and undergo training as required to enhance skills and knowledge.

Salary range for this position group is 2022 to 3033 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
