Job description

Join our growing Corporate Services team in Vilnius as a Corporate Services Manager.
As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.


As the Manager of the Corporate Services team, you will be accountable for ensuring all client requirements are met, acting as a central point of contact for a portfolio of clients, anticipating their demands, identifying and remediating issues and accurately measuring potential risks and identifying solutions to maintain a relentless focus on client service and quality. Specifically you will:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the accounts, including client invoicing;
  • Be responsible for the financial monitoring of the client portfolio ensuring the accuracy in the administrative, fiscal and legal maintenance of the account.;
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, custodians, and prime brokers;
  • Be accountable for the coordination and validation of all work delivered by the team;
  • Be actively involved in internal projects (eg: product development, organisational, operational and technical improvements).


  • Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, tax or audit;
  • Team management experience;
  • Private Equity, Real Estate and/or infrastructure experience would be desirable.
