Job description

One of our clients is an online payment provider specializing in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, and now they are looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER to join them. They work with many of the world’s biggest cryptocurrency exchanges, including Binance, OKEx, or KuCoin, and were recently named one of Australia’s fastest-growing technology startups by Growthlist, one of 250 Global Crypto Companies to watch.

Some key responsibilities:

► Manage day-to-day operations and ensuring maximum output and productivity for each team members;
► Conduct staff performance reviews to assess needs, cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments;
► Manage and improve team performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures;
► Aid human resources department in the recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations;
►Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define a user guide.

Requirements

► Master’s degree, MBA, or other relevant fields, strongly preferred;
► 8 years or more experience in management in an international business setting;
► Significant experience in the customer support and onboarding fields strongly preferred;
► Fluent skills in Lithuanian and English languages, both verbal and written;
► Exceptionally well organized and driven by success;
► Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations;
► Outstanding negotiating skills;
► Managing a team of 20 people;
► Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills;
► A solid history of data-driven strategic development;
► Decisive and committed;
► A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them!
