Job description
The Lithuanian airline based in Kaunas, DAT LT, which is part of the DAT Group, is looking for a new member in Crew Training department who could start to work as soon as possible.
CREW TRAINING PLANNER DUTIES:
CREW TRAINING PLANNER DUTIES:
- Short and long term crew training planning;
- Updating crew schedule;
- Calculating and monitoring crew training duties according to flight time limitations (EASA FTL/ Company manuals);
- Direct communication with crew members and instructors, providing relevant information;
- Monitoring of crew qualifications;
- Administration of crew training records;
- Computer based training system administration;
- Efficient and financially compliant planning;
- Other relevant duties according to operational needs.
Requirements
- Good communication and team work skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure,
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Fluent English language (minimum level B2);
- Flexible attitude;
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new IT platforms;
- Working Knowledge of airline operations would be an advantage;
- Training for the position is provided, but experience in similar position would be considered an advantage.

Salary
1900-2100 €/mon. gross
