CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Beauty card program based on Global guidelines and local systems
- Manage Douglas magazine
- Development of CRM campaigns and loyalty program
- Manage omnichannel CLC campaigns
- Loop back local learnings to central team for best practices sharing
- Localize centrally provided learnings, guidelines, systems and standardized campaigns and/or campaign elements into a local CRM framework and tactics
- Manage continuous analysis and improvement of customer activation strategy with help of global team.
- Develope and execute CRM projects.
- Support development and rollout of CRM tools
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the CRM field
- You always focus on the opportunities, not on the possible challenges
- You are convinced that all stages of project implementation are important and should be given equal attention
- You have great analytical thinking skills
- You are creative and have good project management skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written in English
